Every person and character depicted on the Site is 18 years of age or older. No minors appear in any content, and no content is intended to depict minors.

Computer-generated content

A part of the visual content is created entirely with digital, 3D or AI tools and depicts fictional adult characters only. No real person was photographed or filmed for this content, so it is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 2257A or 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Content with real persons

For any visual content that features real persons, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records of Amber Zera. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for any material involving minors or non-consensual content. Report suspected violations to us immediately; we also cooperate with law enforcement and NCMEC.
