These terms govern your use of amberzera.com (the "Site"), operated by Amber Zera ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.
Eligibility and age
The Site contains adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and it must be legal for you to view such content. By entering you confirm this. We may refuse or end access if we believe you are underage.
Accounts
You can use the Site with an email account or as a guest. Keep your login details private and give accurate information. An account is for one person only. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your licence to use the content
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream the content on the Site for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not download, record, copy, re-upload, sell, share, scrape or redistribute any content, or remove watermarks, unless we allow it in writing.
Memberships and activation codes
Standard and Premium memberships are purchased through third-party platforms (such as SubscribeStar or DeviantArt). After purchase you receive an activation code to enter in your profile. Codes are personal and may not be shared, sold or published. Membership access renews on the 1st of each month and codes may change at that time. Shared or abused codes may be revoked without refund. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for anything unlawful; do not try to bypass access controls, age verification or paywalls; do not use bots, scrapers or download tools; do not interfere with the Site's security or operation; do not harass others or impersonate anyone.
Intellectual property
All videos, images, stories, comics, logos, characters and other material on the Site belong to Amber Zera or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Fiction and AI-generated content
All stories and characters are fictional. Part of the visual content is created with digital and AI tools. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. All characters are depicted as adults.
Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services such as Google (Firebase, Drive), Cloudflare, SubscribeStar and DeviantArt. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
Disclaimers
The Site and content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts and revoke access, without notice, if these terms are breached or to protect the Site, other users or the law. You may stop using the Site at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
